心肌组织多普勒成像Tei指数评价法洛四联症根治术后肺动脉返流患者右心功能

目的探讨组织多普勒成像（TDI）测定右心室Tei指数评价法洛四联症根治术后肺动脉返流患者的右心功能的价值。方法23例无明显心功能不全临床症状的法洛四联症根治术后合并肺动脉返流患者,和23例健康对照者进行常规经胸超声心动图以及TDI检查,测量计算Tei指数,同时测量血浆BNP水平。结果与对照组比较,肺动脉返流患者TDI测值Sa、Ea、Aa、射血时间（ET）均明显降低（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,IRT、ICT、Tei指数明显升高（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）;血浆BNP水平明显升高（P〈0.01）;Tei指数与血浆BNP测值呈正相关（r=0.62,P=0.001）。结论Tei指数可能用于早期评价法洛四联症根治术后肺动脉返流患者的右心功能受损。
