摘    要:目的 探讨急性肾创伤后不同时间段B超检查的声像图特征。方法 将96例急性肾创伤声像图按不同检查时间分为I、Ⅱ2组。I组为伤后30-90分钟检查,Ⅱ组为伤后90-180分钟检查,并将两组急性肾创伤声像图特征进行比较分析。结果 I、Ⅱ2组的声像图分类构成差异有显著性意义,I组低回声明显高于Ⅱ组,而Ⅱ组的混合性回声高于I组(P<0.001)。I、Ⅱ2组分别与同组各类型声像图比较,I组的低回声型和Ⅱ组的混合型回声均分别高于同组的其它类型,差异有显著性意义(P<0.001)。结论 急性肾创伤因超声检查的时间不同,声像图有较大的不同,最早表现以低回声型为主,然后向混合性回声型转变。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the characteristic of audiovisual image of B ultrasound at different time periods for acute renal trauma. ?Methods The audiovisual image of 96 patients with acute renal trauma were divided into I and II groups based on different check time. Group I was checked at 30 min 90 min after trauma and group II was checked at 90 min 180 min after trauma, and the features of the audiovisual image of the two groups were compared.?Results There was significant difference in the classification of audiovisual image between the two groups. Low echo image in group I was more than group II,but complex echo image was found more in group II than in group I(P<0.001). According to the comparison of group I and II and the other types of audiovisual images in the same group, low echo image in group I and complex echo image in group II were all significantly higher than other type echo images in the same group, respectively(P<0.001).?Conclusion There was significant difference in the ultrasound image of acute renal trauma observed at different times. Low echo mainly appeared at early stage of trauma and then transformed to complex echo.
