银杏达莫治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病合并椎基底动脉供血不足疗效观察

目的：观察银杏达莫治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病合并椎基底动脉供血不足（VBI）的疗效。方法：将68例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组与对照组各34例，对照组给予复方丹参注射液20mL／天静滴，治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给予银杏达莫注射液20mI。／天静滴。两组疗程均为14天。结果：对照组总有效率为82．4％，治疗组总有效率为94．1％，治疗组总有效率优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：银杏达莫治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病合并VBI疗效显著，临床应用价值高。

The Curative Observation of Yinxingdamo in the Treatment of Vertebral Basilar Insufficiency of Type2 Diabetes

Objective：To observe Yinxingdamo treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes vertebrobasilar insufficiency （VBI） effect. Methods： 68 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes patients were divided into treatment group and control group of 34 cases in the control group was given Danshen injection 20mL/day intravenous therapy treatment group were given on the basis Yinxingdamo injection 20mL/day in travenously, were treated for 14 days. Results ： In the control group, the total effective rate was 82.4 %, total effective rate was 94. 1%, the treatment group was superior to the control group, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Cortclusion： Yinxingdamo treatment of type Ⅱ diabetes VBI significant effect, clinical applications of high value.
