主动免疫疗法联合HCG及黄体酮治疗习惯性流产

目的旨在通过主动免疫联合HCG及黄体酮安胎治疗习惯性流产,探讨临床治疗习惯性流产的有效方法。方法 65例原因不明习惯性流产患者随机分为2组。A组观察组35例接受主动免疫治疗联合HCG及黄体酮安胎治疗,妊娠后立即联合HCG及黄体酮安胎治疗;B组对照组30例,单纯接受HCG及黄体酮安胎治疗。结果观察组妊娠成功率为91.48%,对照组妊娠成功率为30.00%,研究结果显示采用单纯HCG及黄体酮和主动免疫联合HCG及黄体酮安胎治疗习惯性流产之间的差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论主动免疫联合HCG及黄体酮安胎治疗习惯性流产安全、有效,值得临床推广应用,可提高患者的免疫反应性,并且可提高疗效和妊娠成功率。

The clinical research of treatment of recurrent spontaneous abortion by immunotherapy combined with with HCG and Progesterone

Objective To compare the clinical effect of treatment the patients with recurrent spontaneous abortion（URSA） by immunotherapy only and immunotherapy combined with HCG and Progesterone,To evaluate the proper therapeutic strategy to treat RSA.Methods 65 cases with primary or secondary RSA were randomly divided into two groups：35cases（group A） were treated with immunotherapy combined with human chorionic gonadotropin （HCG） and Progesterone,30 cases（group B） simply with immunotherapy.Results The rate of successful pregnancy of group A,B were 91.48%,30% respectively.There were significant differences between group A and B（P0.05）.Conclusion It is necessary to treat the whole URSA by immunotherapy combined with HCG and Progesterone,Active imm un ization is sa fe and effec tive in treatm ent of unexp la ined recurrent spontaneous abortion,May enhance patient＇s immunity reactivity,may enhance the curative effect and the pregnancy success ratio,which is worth popu larizing.
