内蒙古自治区2010年急性弛缓性麻痹病例监测系统运转情况分析

目的为提高内蒙古自治区急性弛缓性麻痹（AFP）病例监测系统工作质量,继续保持全区无脊髓灰质炎状态。方法对2010年内蒙古AFP病例监测系统报告的病例进行流行病学分析,对监测系统运转情况进行评价。结果 2010年内蒙古自治区AFP病例监测系统共报告病例73例,分布在12个盟（市,下同）的46个旗（县、区,下同）中,占全自治区总旗数的45.1%（46/102）。〈15岁儿童非脊髓灰质炎AFP病例报告发病率为1.64/10万,报告后48h内调查率98.6%,合格粪便标本采集率为86.3%,粪便标本7d内及时送检率98.6%,随访表75d及时送达率为92.9%。结论内蒙古自治区AFP病例监测系统各项指标均达到世界卫生组织（WHO）和卫生部的要求,监测质量逐年提高,监测系统运转正常。

Analysis on Working Status of Acute Flaccid Paralysis Case Surveillance System in Inner Mongnlia in 2010

Objective In order to improve the surveillance quality for polio eradication and keep a polio-free state.Methods The AFP cases in Inner Mongolia in 2010 were analysed and performance of the AFP surveillance system were evaluated.Results 73 acute flaccid paralysis（AFP）cases were reported by the surveillance system and distributed in 46 counties of total 102 counties in 12prefectures（45.1%）.The reported incidence of non-polio AFP cases was 1.64/100 000 children under 15y,the investigating rate of AFP cases within 48 hours of report was 98.6%,the collection rate of adequate stool samples was 86.3%,98.6%of the stool specimens were delivered within 7 days and the qualified delivery rate of follow-up forms was92.9%.Conclusion The all surveillance indicators met the requirements of WHO and MOH.in Inner Mongolia in 2010.The surveillance quality has been gradually improved,and the surveillance system always runs properly.
