乳山市居民恶性肿瘤死亡水平与变化趋势分析

目的了解乳山市居民恶性肿瘤死亡水平和时间变化趋势。方法以2006-2007年全人口死因监测资料为基础,描述人群恶性肿瘤死亡现况,对比1970-1974年和1990-1992年恶性肿瘤回顾调查资料分析死亡变化趋势。结果人群恶性肿瘤粗死亡率170.48/10万,肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠癌和脑恶性肿瘤居死因谱前五位：20世纪70年代以来,恶性肿瘤粗死亡率上升明显,调整死亡率呈现下降趋势,提示人口结构变化为主要原因。结论恶性肿瘤居人群死因谱第二位,已成为影响人群健康的重点疾病,肺癌为目前人群第1位恶性肿瘤死因,死亡率呈快速上升趋势,应予以重点控制。

Mortality level and Variation Trend of Malignant Neoplasms for Residents in Rushan City

Objective To analyze the characteristics and variation trends of the cause of death due to malignant Neoplasms.Methods Using the mortality data of population-based death causes surveillance during 2006-2007,to describe the mortality level of Malignant Neoplasms,and observe its Variation Trend by data of 1970-1974 and 1990-1992.Results The yearly average crude death rate（CDR） during 2006-2007 for residents in Rushan city was 170.48per 100,000 population,The top five causes of cancer death were lung,liver,stomach,colorectal and brain cancer,CDR showed the tendency to increase over time,But after the standardization,the significant decreasing trend showed the increasing degree of population aging since 1970s.Conclusion Malignant neoplasms was the second causes of death among population,and lung have become the main threats（killers） to population health.
