Livin在萎缩性胃炎及消化道肿瘤中的研究进展

Livin是最近发现的凋亡抑制蛋白家族新成员,在大多数正常成人组织低表达或不表达（除胎盘）,而在一些恶性肿瘤中特异性高表达,与肿瘤的发生、发展及复发密切相关。其在慢性萎缩性胃炎及消化道肿瘤（如食管癌、胃癌）中的特征性变化具有一定的临床应用价值。本研究就近年来Livin对抗细胞凋亡机制,在慢性萎缩性胃炎及消化道肿瘤中的表达,在抗肿瘤治疗的成果及展望等方面的研究进展作一综述。

Livin in atrophic gastritis and intestinal tumors in Progress

Livin is a recently discovered new member of inhibitor of apoptosis protein family,in most normal adult tissues with low expression or no expression（except the placenta）,and in the expression of a number of specific malignancies,with tumor development and recurrence closely related.In chronic atrophic gastritis and gastrointestinal tumors（such as esophageal cancer,gastric cancer）characteristic changes in the clinical application of a certain value.In this paper,mechanism of apoptosis in recent years against Livin,in chronic atrophic gastritis and gastrointestinal tumors,the results of the anti-tumor therapy and prospects of research reviewed in the paper.
