| Abstract: | Objective expreesions of P16 and HGF were detected in normal gastric mucoma,dysplastic gastric mucoma and early stage of gastric cancer tissues,to investigate their effect to the biological behavior of early stage of gastric cancer.Methods Expressions of P16 and HGF were detected by immunohistochemical method in 50 samples of gastric tissues.Results（1） the development of normal gastric mucosa→dysplastic gastric mucosa→early stage of gastris cancer tissues,the positive overexpression rates of HGF proteins showed rising trend,and P16 protein showed negative.The difference of P16 and HGF expression in early stage of gastric cancer tissues versus normal gastric tissues,and gastric cancer tissues versus dysplastic gastric tissues was statistically significant.（2） In early stage of gastric cancer tissues,the espressions P16 and HGF have remarkable correlativity.Conclusion（1） P16 and HGF play an important role in early stage of gastric carcinogenesis.（2） HGF may has significance in the early stage of gastric carcinogenesis through the accommodation with P16. |
