精神科男护士心理健康状况与应对方式及其相关性研究

目的研究成都市精神卫生机构精神科男护士的心理健康状况及其应对方式,探讨精神科男护士的心理健康水平和应对方式的相关性。方法采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）及应对方式问卷对46名精神科男护士进行评定,并进行相关性分析。结果 （1）与常模比较,精神科男护士的抑郁、焦虑及人际关系三项因子得分均高于常模且具有统计学意义。（2）精神科男护士的应对方式中自责及退避高于正常对照,求助低于正常对照,均具有统计学意义。（3）SCL-90高因子分项目与不成熟的应对方式呈正相关。

Study on the relativity between the coping ways and the mental health of the psychiatric male nurses

Objective To evaluate the basic mental health state of the psychiatric male nurses in Chengdu,to discuss the relativity between the level of psychiatric male nurses＇ mental health and the coping ways.Methods Applied the Symptom Checklist-90 and the coping ways questionnaire to evaluate 46 psychiatric male nurses,and give a correlation analysis.Results（1） The psychiatric male nurses＇ scores of depression,anxiety and interpersonal sensitivity are significantly higher than the test norm;（2） The psychiatric male nurses＇ scores of self-reproach and avoidance in coping ways questionnaire are significantly higher than the control group＇s,and their scores of other factors of coping ways are significantly lower than the control group＇s;（3） There is a positive relativity between the positive symptoms and the immature coping mode.
