深圳结核杆菌感染多因素条件逻辑回归分析

摘    要:目的了解深圳光明新区现居住人口结核杆菌感染的现状和易感高危因素,为降低结核杆菌的传播以及为结核病的预防和流行病学调查提供参考依据。方法采用回顾性调查方法,运用多因素条件logistic同归分析对2009年5月至2010年5月的深圳光明新区现居住人口结核杆菌感染者的随访结果以及相关影响因素进行分析。结果深圳市光明新区2009年登记在册的结核病共933例,发病率为0.78‰,活动期比例为0.14‰,低于全国平均水平;多因素条件logistic回归分析显示:人口的流动性,职业,性别,年龄,学历等因素与结核病感染有关,流动人口结核感染概率较常住人口比数比为59.031。结论结核病在深圳光明新区地区呈较为稳定的流行趋势,人口的流动性,职业,性别,年龄,学历与结核感染相关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate high susceptibility factors and infection status of tuberculosis in Shenzhen,in order to provide reference for epidemiological survey and reduce the spread of tuberculosis.Methods With retrospective survey,multivariate conditional logistic regressive was done on the date originated from May,2009 to May,2010 about tuberculosis in guangming district of Shenzhen.All of the patients were diagnosed in accordance with Health care industry standard of the People's Republic of China.Results there are 933 cases which were registered in guangming district of Shenzhen among 2009,The incidence and active period rate are0.78‰and 0.14‰,which lower than the national average level.Multivariate conditional logistic regressive show:tuberculosis infection is related to the mobility of population(OR=59.031).occupation,gender,age,education.Conclusions There is stability trend for tuberculosis in guangming district of Shenzhen The mobility of the mobility of population(OR=59.031),occupation,gender,age,education are related to tuberculosis infection.
