糖尿病神经病变的临床治疗

目的 总结糖尿病神经病变治疗的经验。方法 将88例伴有不同程度糖尿病神经病变的2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组(氯沙坦，弥可保联合应用)和对照组(单用弥可保)，观察并记录两组患者在治疗过程中的疗效和出现的副作用。结果 治疗前后两组之间的空腹及餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、血压无显著性差异，两组均可改善神经传导速度及膀胱残余尿量，以治疗组更为明显；两组痛觉障碍等自觉症状均有改善，以治疗组显著。应用氯沙坦患者中有1例血钾轻度升高，停药后降至正常。结论 在控制好血糖血压的基础上联合应用氯沙坦与弥可保有助于提高糖尿病神经病变的治疗效果，是一种有效的治疗方法。

The clinical treatment study on diabetes nervous lesion

Objective To explore treatment experimence of diabetes nervous lesion. Methods 88 cases of 2 type diabetes with diabetes nervous lesion were selected and regard as research objective, random divided into two treatment groups and control groups, we observed and documented side effects.Results Fasting and postprandial 2 hour blood sugar and gluhemglobin and blood pressure of before treatment and after treatment were not significance respectively; and two groups can improve nervous conduction velocity and bladder residence capacity, but treatment groups were more improvity.Conclusion combined used valsartan capasule and Methycobal can rised diabetes nervous lesion's treatment effects, this treatment can regard as effected therapy.
