| 摘 要： | 目的观察益肾明目汤治疗萎缩型老年黄斑变性的临床疗效。方法将60例萎缩型老年黄斑变性患者随机分为2组。治疗组30例(60只眼)予益肾明目汤治疗。对照组30例(60只眼)予西药维生素E、C和维脑路通口服治疗。2组均2个月为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组有效率75.0%,对照组有效率28.3%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益肾明目汤治疗萎缩型老年黄斑变性疗效肯定。

| Abstract: | s Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Yishenmingmutang in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration. Methods 60 patients with atrophic senile maculur degeneration were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients (60 eyes) in treatment group were treated by Yishenmingmutang. 30 patients (60 eyes) in the control group were given the tables of VitE,VitC and Weinaolutong, for two months. Results The total effective rate in treatment group was 75% and which in control group was 28.3%. There was a significant difference in manifestation curative effect between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion There is a definite effect of Yishenmingmutang on treatment of age-related macular degeneration. |
