| 摘 要： | 目的观察维持性血液透析患者血清心肌肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)的异常变化。方法应用双抗夹心酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测50例维持性血液透析患者和46例正常人的cTnI。结果维持性血液透析组患者的血清cTnI水平显著高于健康对照组(P<0.05)。50例维持性血液透析患者中11例有不同程度的胸闷、心悸等症状;有症状患者血清cTnI显著高于无症状患者(P<0.05),无症状患者中仍有6例血清cTnI增高。结论维持性血液透析患者cTnI明显高于正常人群,其中部分无临床症状,提示维持性血液透析患者心肌损伤较为普遍且部分为亚临床损伤。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the change of serum troponin I(cTnI) in maintainace hemodialysis patients with chronic renal failure.Methods By enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),the level of serum cTnI were measured in 50 patients with chronic renal failure undergoing maintainace hemodialysis and 46 healthy persons.Results The level of serum cTnI in maintainace hemodialysis patients were significantly higher than those of healthy persons(P<0.05),and the level of serum cTnI was different between the maintainace hemodialysis patients with and without symptom of breathless(P<0.05).But serum cTnI in 6 cases without symptom were still higher than normal.ConclusionMyocardium impairments was prevalent in maintainace hemodialysis patients,and some of them were subclinical. |
