| 摘 要： | 目的：比较两种5F共用型造影导管与通用型Judldns导管在经桡动脉冠脉造影中的应用情况，分析两种共用型造影导管的优缺点。方法：171例疑诊冠心病患者分三组行经桡动脉冠脉造影术。结果：三种造影导管操作时间、X线暴光时间、左右冠脉成功率、并发症方面无差别，不成功原因主要为主动脉窦扩张、升主动脉严重迂曲、冠脉开口低及开口异常。结论：5F Medtronic共用型造影导管能较好地适用于经桡动脉冠脉造影，通用型Judkins导管及AL1导管可作为备用导管，而AL1导管更适用于开口异常冠脉；三种造影导管适当备用可提高造影成功率。

| Abstract: | Objective: To probe the virtue and disadvantage of the transradial approach for diagnostic coronary angiography with different 5F angiography catheter. Methods: 171 oases of suspected coronary artery disease was divided into three groups and received coronary angiography by transradial approach. Results: The average duration of operation, x - ray exposure time, procedure success rate, complications had no difference between the three groups.Conclusion: Transradial approach for diagnostic coronary angiography by 5F universal catheter(Medtronic)is feasible. Proper selection for the three kinds of the angiography catheter can improve the procedure success rate. |
