| 摘 要： | 目的 检测血管内皮生长因子（VEGF）在翼状胬肉中的表达。方法 应用免疫组化SABC法，分别对15例翼状胬肉标本和12例正常结膜组织中的VEGF表达进行检测。比较2组间的差异。结果 12例正常结膜中，6例为阴性，3例VEGF蛋白染色弱阳性（＋），3例为阳性（＋＋）；15例翼状胬肉组织中，1例VEGF蛋白染色阴性，3例为弱阳性（＋），7例为阳性（＋＋），5例为强阳性（＋＋＋）。VEGF蛋白定位于细胞浆，胞核无着色。阳性部位主要在上皮中的杯状细胞。翼状胬肉组的染色级别高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论 VEGF表达增高可能与翼状胬肉发生相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To detect the expression of VEGF in pterygium.Methods The immunohistochemical methods SABC was performed in study of expression of VEGF in 15 pterygial specimens and 12 normal conjunctiva specimens.The grades of stain were compared between two groups.Results Among 12 normal conjunctiva,there were 3 weakly positive(+),3 positive(++) and 6 negative;while among 15 pterygial specimens,there were 1 negative,3 weakly positive(+),7positive(++) and 5 strong positive(+++).The protein of VEGF is located inthe cytoplasm and mainly in the epithelial goblet cells.Pterygium had higher grade of stain than normal conjunctiva(P<0.01).Conclusion The expression of VEGF in pterygium is increased compared with that in conjunctiva,which may have relationship with the genesis of pterygium. |
