建立酵母样菌微量鉴定法及应用

摘    要:目的 建立酵母样菌微量鉴定法。方法 用生化基质直接固化于聚苯乙烯凹孔条与纯化培养物35℃孵育24~48h。结果 5株标准酵母样菌株的结果全部正确。107株临床分离的酵母样菌株经法国API-20C系统准确鉴定后,随机抽样用本法鉴定,两法鉴定结果总符合率为95.7%。结论 该法操作简便、特异性好、结果判断准确,便于临床标本的常规鉴定。

Abstract:Objective Establishing method of microidentification of yeast-like bacterium. Methods Biochemical matrices fixed directly on polystyrene alcove plate and cultivated with purified culture at 35 centigrade for 24 hours to 28 hours. Results The consequence of 5 normal yeast-like bacterium strains was absolutely correct. 107 strains yeast-like bacteria isolated from clinical specimens had been identified by French API-20C system and treated with our own method for those randomly sampled. The coincident ratio of two consequences was 95. 7 percent. Conclusion This method is simple in operation with good specificity and quite correct result which is convenient for routine identification of clinical specimen.
