CerbB-2基因、COX-2基因在鼻咽癌中的表达及相关性研究

目的探讨表皮生长因子受体-2（CerbB-2）基因、环氧化酶-2（COX-2）基因在鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况及两者间的相关性。方法采用免疫组化sP法检测CerbB-2、COX-2基因在90例鼻咽癌组织和22例鼻咽炎性组织中的表达情况。结果鼻咽癌组织中CerbB-2、COX-2基因表达的阳性率分别为65．56％和67．78％，鼻咽炎性组织分别为31．82％和36．36％，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；在鼻咽癌组织中两者表达呈正相关（r=0．526，P〈0．01）。结论CerbB-2、COX-2基因在鼻咽癌中以高表达方式存在，它们在鼻咽癌中的表达呈正相关，并且有可能通过共同高表达来促使鼻咽癌的发生、发展，而它们共同作用的机制有待进一步研究。

Expression and relativity of CerbB-2,COX-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma

Objective To evaluate the relationship between the expression of CerbB-2 and COX-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma, and examine their possible effects on pathogenesis and progression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods The expression of CerbB-2 and cOX-2 in 90 nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues and 22 nasopharyngitis tissues was detected by SP immunohistochemical method. Results The positive expression rate of CerbB-2 and COX-2 protein in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were 65.56% and 67.78%, respectively, and those in nasopharyngitis tissues were 31.82% and 36.36% ,respectively,the difference was significant （P 〈0.05）. There was positivel correlation between the expression of CerbB-2 and COX-2 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma （r=0.526, P〈0.05）. Conclusion These results demonstrated high expression of CerbB-2 and COX-2 may involve in the pathogenesis and progression of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
