| 摘 要： | 为了解全细胞百白破联合疫苗 (DTwP)基础免疫后抗体持续时间 ,对DTwP免疫 3针后间隔 1个月和 2个月的百日咳、白喉、破伤风抗体水平的变化进行了初步研究 ,结果表明 :免疫后 2个月 ,白喉、破伤风抗体滴度 ,与免疫前相比 ,差异均有显著的统计学意义 ,并且仍然远 >0 0 1HAU的保护水平。百日咳疫苗免疫后 2个月 ,其抗体滴度仅为免疫后 1个月抗体滴度的 2 5 %左右 ,免疫后 1个月和 2个月抗体滴度间差异有非常显著的统计学意义。

| Abstract: | The study on persistence of antibody level of DTwP vaccine was carried out in order to investigate change of antibody titer 1 and 2 months after immunization. 156 healthy infants of 3-6 months old were selected.Three injections of DTwP vaccine were given with time interval of 1 month.The first injection was at 3 months old.Blood samples were collected before immunization,1 and 2 months after immunization.The results showed that antibody titers of both diphtheria and tetanus toxoid exceeded far more than 0.01 HAU protective level after immunized 2 months.The agglutinin antibody titer of pertussis declined by 75% after immunized 2 months,the difference had statistical significance. |
