加药后静脉输液瓶盖再次消毒时间的观察与研究

目的通过试验,找出静脉输液瓶盖消毒加药后有效消毒时限,确定再次消毒时间。方法取210瓶液体作为试验样本,分为7组,30瓶/组,按常规加药消毒,放置。分别在加药后即时及加药后的5,10,15,20,25,30min7个时间段对瓶盖进行采样,送细菌室进行细菌培养、鉴定。结果7个时间段瓶盖细菌污染情况比较X2=3.822,P>0.05,菌种分布情况比较X2=25.32,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义。结论静脉输液瓶盖消毒加药后在空气、物表细菌学监测结果符合标准要求的治疗室放置30min内其消毒效果仍达国家标准,在此时间段内更换该瓶液体,接瓶前无需重新消毒。

The clinical observation about the re-sterilization time for capsules during the venous transfusion

Objective To study the valid re-sterilization time for capsules during the venous transfusion. Methods Divided 210 bottle of drugs for venous transfusion into 7 groups radomly, there were 30 bottles in the each group, and then sterilized according to the routine method. Sampling the capsules at the time points of dispensation immediately, 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes, 25 minutes and 30 minutes after the dispensation, and then observed the condition of bacterial pollution. Results There was no significant difference between the different sampling stages about bacterial pollution, x2=3.838,P>0.05. There was no significant difference in the aspect of strain distribution, x2=25.32, P>0.05. Conclusions Re-sterilization should not be done for the capsules during the venous transfusion if in the normative cure unit and within 30 minutes.
