紫外分光光度法测定癫痫患者的卡马西平血药浓度

目的探讨癫痫患者卡马西平血药浓度的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定卡马西平的血药浓度。结果卡马西平质量浓度线性范围是2～10μg/mL,r=0.9996。测定的71例患者血药浓度在2.43～10.42μg/mL范围内。结论所用方法简便、快速、实用,适合于各级医院、社区卫生服务中心开展卡马西平的治疗药物监测,有助于指导临床合理用药。

Determination of Serum Carbamazepine Concentration by UV-Spectrophotomentry

Objective To analyze the determination of serum concentration of carbamazepine in epileptics.Methods The carbamazepine concentration in serum was measured with UV-spectrophotometry.Results When the carbamazepine concentration in serum was in the range of 2-10 μg/mL,it was linearly correlated with the UV absorbance and r=0.999 6.The serum concentrations detected in the samples of 71 patients were in the range of 2.43-10.42 μg/mL.Conclusion The method is simple,rapid and efficient,which is suitable for the therapeutic drug monitoring of carbamazepine in hospitals at various levels and community health care centers,and helpful to guide rational drug use in clinic.
