HPLC法测定追风透骨胶囊中芍药苷的含量

目的建立追风透骨胶囊中芍药苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,色谱柱为Agilent TC-C18柱（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）,流动相为甲醇-水（30∶70）,流速为1.0mL.min-1,检测波长为230nm。结果芍药苷在0.392μg～3.92μg范围内呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,平均回收率为96.21%,RSD为1.91%。结论该测定方法操作简便、结果准确、重现性好,可用于追风透骨胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Zhuifeng Tougu Capsule by HPLC

OBJECTIVEO To establish a high performance liquid chromatographic method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Zhuifeng Tougu Capsule.METHODS The HPLC determination was carried out on Agilent TC-C18 column（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-water（30：70）with the flow rate of 1.0mL.min-1,and the detection wavelength was at 230nm.RESULTS Paeoniflorin showed a good linearity in the range 0.392μg～3.92μg,the coefficient was 0.9999,and the average recovery was 96.21%（RSD=1.91%）.COMCLUSION The method is simple and accurate with good reproducibility,and can be used for the quality control of Zhuifeng Tougu Capsule.
