中学生控烟项目基线调查

目的为了探索在中学生中实施预防和控制使用烟草的有效措施,对云南省的10所中学进行了基线调查,在此基础上,建立针对性的干预方案。方法问卷调查和小组专题讨论。结果昆明学校总吸烟率为3.2%(初一为0.9%,高一5.5%,男生5.7%,女生1.2%);玉溪学校总吸烟率为6.4%(初一6.6%,高一6.3%,男生12.6%,女生0.8%);昆明学校总尝试吸烟率为35.8%(初一28.4%,高一43.1%,男生52.2%,女生20.4%);玉溪学校总尝试吸烟率为52.9%(初一47.2%,高一58.6%,男生84.7%,女生23.1%);调查对象均对烟草危害的认识不深入,常因好奇、模仿和同伴的压力而开始吸烟。结论不同地区、性别和年龄的吸烟率和尝试吸烟率不同。实施干预时,要采取综合干预措施,提高学生拒绝烟草的意识和能力。

Baseline survey of school smoking prevention and control program

Objective To explore effectiveness and methods for smoking prevention and control in middle school and develop relevant intervention methods.Methods Questionnaire interview and focus group discussion were used in the baseline survey conducted in ten selected schools in Yunnan Province.Results Smoking rate of the students in Kunming was 3.2%(grade one of junior middle school was 0.9%,grade one of senior middle school was 5.5%,the male was 5.7%,the female was 1.2%);and smoking rate of the students in Yuxi was 6.4%(grade one of junior middle school was 6.6%,grade one of senior middle school was 6.3%,the male was 12.6%,the female was 0.8%);attempting smoking rate of students in Kunming was 35.8%(grade one of junior middle school was 28.4%,grade one of senior middle school was 43.1%,the male was 52.2%,the female was 20.4%),that of students in Yuxi was 52.9%(grade one of junior middle school was 47.2%,grade one of senior middle school was 58.6%,the male was 84.7%,the female was 23.1%).The students lacked of basic knowledge about harm of smoking,and started their fist cigarette by the reason of curiosity and pressure from their peers.Conclusion There were different current smoking rate and attemping smoking rate in different areas,gender and age.In the course of intervention,comprehensive intervention should be considered for promoting students' awareness and ability against cigarette.
