高血压患者血清尿酸测定及临床意义

目的探讨高血压患者血清尿酸(SUA)水平的变化及临床意义。方法选择127例高血压及108例健康对照者,检测其SUA水平,并比较高尿酸血症(HUA)检出率、性别及年龄。结果高血压组SUA水平及HUA检出率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。3级高血压组和2级高血压组SUA水平和HUA检出率均高于1级高血压组(P<0.01),且3级高血压组SUA水平和HUA检出率均高于2级高血压组(P<0.01)。男性高血压患者SUA平均水平高于女性,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论高血压患者SUA水平升高,升高程度与临床高血压分级相一致,可作为高血压诊断的一个指标。

Determination of serum uric acid in patients with hypertension

Objective To investigate the changes of serum uric acid（SUA） in patients with hypertension and its clinical significance. Methods 127 cases with hypertension were chose and 108 cases with healthy were chose as control. The levels of SUA were detected, then detection rate of hyperuricemia（ HUA）, sexuality and age were compared. Results SUA levels and the detection rate of HUA in patients with hypertension group were significantly higher than those in control group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The levels of SUA and detection rate of HUA in grade 2 and grade 3 hypertension group were higher than that in grade 1 hypertension group（ P 〈 0.01 ）, and the indexes in grade 3 hypertension group were higher than that in grade 2 hypertension group（ P 〈 0. 01 ）. The levels of male patients with hypertension were higher than those of female patients, the difference had statistical significance（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion SUA levels in patients with hypertension rise and the degree of it is consistent with clinical classification of hypertension. It can be used as an index in diagnosis hypertension.
