头花蓼黄酮类化学成分的研究

摘    要: 目的:对头花蓼(Polygonum capitatum Ham ex D.Don.)的黄酮类化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶和聚酰胺柱层析进行分离,根据化合物理化性质和光谱数据鉴定其结构。结果:分离并鉴定4个化合物:槲皮素(quercetin,Ⅰ)、槲皮苷(quercitrin,Ⅱ、陆地棉苷(hirsutine,Ⅲ)、槲皮素-3-O-(2"-没食子酰基)-鼠李糖苷(quercetin 3-rhamnoside 2"-gallate,Ⅳ)。结论:4个化合物均为首次从该种植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical constituents of flavonoids from Polygonum capitatum. METHODS: Compounds were isolated with silica gel and polyamide chromatography and their structures were determined by spectral analysis and chemical evidence. RESULTS: Four compounds were obtained and identified as quercetin (Ⅰ), quercitrin(Ⅱ), Hirsutine(Ⅲ), quercetin 3rhamnoside 2″gallate(Ⅳ). CONCLUSION: All the compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
