| 摘 要： | 目的评价微创小切口手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症的疗效。方法对80例腰椎间盘突出症实施微创小切口手术患者回顾分析。结果全部病例得到3月至3年的随访,平均15月,无1例复发,优良率为97.5%。结论微创小切口手术治疗腰椎间盘突出症切口小、创伤小、脊柱稳定性破坏小,疗效满意。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the therapeutic effects of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation with minimally invasive incision. Methods From 2004 to 2007,80 case of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation were treated with minimally invasive incision and analysed retrospectivelyResults All patients were followed up for 30 months （range from 3 months to 3 years）. No patients relapsed . The total excellent and good rate were 97.5%. No serious complication occurred. Conclusion Minimally invasive incision is less harmful and the spinal stability is less destroyed with satisfactory clinical effects. |
