基于八纲辨证结合脏腑辨证调治亚健康状态的可行性分析

亚健康状态与中医基本证候特征所包含的内容是相互交叉、相互联系的，研究亚健康状态的落脚点，就是找准证候，调节功能状态，使之恢复平衡。辨证论治方法与亚健康状态调治之间存在最佳结合点，从八纲辨证和脏腑辨证相结合入手，可有效认知各种亚健康状态的发生机制和表现特征，进而概括出具有不同内涵本质的“证”，从而科学有效地予以调治。认为开展基于八纲辨证结合脏腑辨证调治亚健康状态研究，既可明确各种亚健康状态的本质属性，为临床有效防治打下坚实基础，又可依据不断积累的临床经验，不断扩展和深化亚健康状态临床辨证体系。

Feasibility analysis of regulation and treatment of sub-health state based on syndrome differentiation with eight principles and syndrome differentiation with Zang and Fu

Sub-health state and TCM basic syndromes characterized the content contained cross and inter- related each other. Ultimate study goal of sub-health state,that is,identify the syndrome,regulating functional status,so as to restore balance. Between diagnosis and treatment methods and modulating sub-health state exists have the best combination of points,and from syndrome differentiation with eight principles and syn- drome differentiation with Zang and Fu combined with the start,a variety of sub-health state can be effec- tively the occurrence of cognitive mechanisms and performance characteristics,and then summed up the essence of having different connotations ＂syndrome＂ and thus be effectively modulating and treating. It is thought that regulation and treatment of sub-health state based on syndrome differentiation with eight princi- ples and syndrome differentiation with Zang and Fu either explicitly essential attribute of a variety of sub-health state,as clinically effective prevention and lay a solid foundation,but also based on the accumu- lation of clinical experience ,expanding and deepening the sub-health state clinical syndrome system.
