糖尿病患者足部状况的调查与分析

目的评估糖尿病患者的足部状况，分析糖尿病足发生的高危因素。方法对195例糖尿病患者足部状况进行评估，并对其足部护理知识进行测试。结果糖尿病患者的足部皮肤状况不良，以真菌感染最多见，占78．97％，其次为足底出现胼胝和鸡眼，占54．36％，皮肤干燥或皲裂占16．92％，足溃疡发生率为8．72％。糖尿病患者对糖尿病足知识严重缺乏。结论对糖尿病患者应加强足部知识教育，定期进行足部筛查是预防糖尿病足病变的关键。
