老年人认知状况及相关因素P300电位的临床研究

目的探讨P300电位测定在评估老年人认知功能状态中的价值。方法对62名较高学历老年人和60名较低学历老年人分别进行P300电位测定和认知能力筛查实验,并将测定结果加以比较。结果低学历组的P300电位成分中N2、P3波潜伏期延长及P3波幅降低,与高学历老年人组存在显著性差异(P<0.01);认知能力筛查实验测定9个因子分数及总分显示:低学历组均低于高学历组,两组存在显著性差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论 P300电位可以作为评价老年人认知功能状况的一项客观指标。

Study on cognition and P300 potential of elder and correlative factor

Objective To explore the effect of P300 potentials on the appraisal of cognition in elder. Methods P300 potentials test and cognitive ability screening instrument(CASI) were used for sixty-two well-educated elder and sixty normal-educated elder, the results were compared in the two groups. Results Latent periods of N2 and P3 in P300 potentials with normal-educated elder were longer and the amplitude of P3 was lower than those in the well-educated elder,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01). CASI test shows that the nine factors scores and the total score in normal-educated elder were significantly lower than those in the well-educated elder(P < 0.01 or P < 0.05). Conclusion P300 potentials can be used in practice as a objective index to analyse cognition of elder.
