| 摘 要： | 目的探讨妇科腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的疗效。方法笔者所在医院收治的异位妊娠患者140例,分成观察组和对照组。对照组采用开腹手术治疗;观察组采用腹腔镜手术治疗。结果观察组术中出血量、手术时间、离床时间、住院时间少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妇科腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠患者具有手术创伤小、出血量少、术后恢复快等优点。

| Abstract: | Objective Explore the efficacy of laparoscopic surgical treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 140 cases of ectopic pregnancy in patients admitted to our hospital divided into the observation group and the control group,the control group use of open surgery,the observation group use of laparoscopic surgery.Results Surgery blood loss,operative time,time away from the bed,length of stay of the observation group less than the control group,there is significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery treatment of ectopic pregnancy has the advantages of surgical trauma,less blood loss,rapid postoperative recovery. |
