干部健康体检3780例心电图分析

目的分析我市行政事业单位人员体格检查中异常心电图的分布，为研究心血管疾病提供依据。方法取2005年1至6月干部体检共3780例心电图资料按年龄、性别分组及异常心电图进行分类统计、分析。结果（1）共检出异常心电图879例（23．25％）。异常心电图依次为窦性心律失常（38．10％），ST-T改变（22．53％），各类早搏（14．33％），室内传导阻滞（12．16％），左室高电压（4．66％），陈1日性心肌梗死（1．37％）等；（2）异常心电图除窦性心律失常、预激综合征外，异常率随年龄增高而递增；（3）异常心电图发生率均为男性〉女性。结论异常心电图的发生率随年龄的增加而增高，同时，男性患病的危险性高于女性。

Analysis of ECGin 3780 Healthy Examination

Objective To analyze the distribution of abnormal electrocardiogram(ECG)from healthy examination in the administration units of our city, and to provide the basis to investigate cardiovascular disease. Methods 3780 cases ECG data were analyzed from January to June in 2005 year. The subiects were divided into groups according to ages, genders and abnormal ECG. Results (1) The total frequencies of abnormal ECG were 879(23.25%): sinus arrhythmias (38.10), ST-T changes (22.53%), premature beats (14.33%), intraventricular block (12.16%), left ventricular high voltage (4.66%), old myocardial infarction (1.37%) and so on . (2) The frequencies of abnormal ECG increased along with ages, except sinus arrhythmias and preexcitation syndrome. (3) The numbers of all abnormal ECG in males were higher than those in females. Conclusions The percents of abnormal ECG increase along with age, and the disease risk in males is higher than in females.
