玻璃球囊洗疮器不同清洗方法的效果比较

目的 :评价 3种不同清洗方法对玻璃球囊洗疮器表面血迹和病毒阳性物质的清洗效果 ,筛选出效果最好的方法。方法 :将 3件 (每件 15 0次 )临床使用过的沾染血迹且经检测乙肝病毒阳性的玻璃球囊洗疮器 ,随机使用用 3种不同方法清洗。第 1组为传统清洗组 ;第 2组为 1%三效热原灭活剂浸泡法 ;第 3组为液酶洗液加 1%三效热原灭活剂浸泡法。清洗完成后 ,检测所有洗疮器表面的血迹、病毒和细菌内毒素的残留情况。结果 :第 3组的血迹阳性率为 0 .67% ,病毒阳性率和内毒素阳性率为 0 ,明显好于其他方法 (P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :液酶洗液加 1%三效热原灭活剂浸泡法清洗玻璃球囊洗疮器的效果最好 ,建议常规使用

The effect of different methods on cleaning the glass sacculus sore cleaner

objective:To compare the effect of different methods on cleaning the glass sacculus sore cleaner.Method:Distributing 3 blood imbrued and HBV contaminated glass sacculus sore cleaners into the following three groups,and cleaned by three different methods each 150 times:Group 1 ordinary scrub,group Group 2-1% pyrogen inactivator fluid soak group,Group 3 enzyme liquid soak and 1% pyrogen inactivatior fluid soak group.After being clearned by different methods,all wound clearners were tested for hemoquant,virus contamination and endotoxin contamination.Result:Group 3 showed a hemoquant positive rate of 0.67% and no virus and endotoxin positive.Conclusion:The way of clearing by enzyme liquid soak and 1% pyrogen inactivatior fluid soak showed a satisfied effect on glass sacculus sore cleaner.We suggest this cleaning method should be an ordinary method to be adopted.
