慢性丙型肝炎患者HCV不同基因片段抗体应答与脂代谢关系

摘    要:目的:探讨慢性丙肝患者HCV感染与脂质代谢的关系及特点。方法:用酶联免疫法检测实验组慢性丙肝患者HCV不同基因片段抗体,并以羊抗人Apo-B血清分离其Apo-B,用PCR法检测Apo-B中HCV-RNA,同时作血脂监测。另设健康人和乙肝病例对照。结果:实验组病例HCV不同基因片段抗体呈现6种分布模式,其血清中均检出HCV-RNA较高载量,相应的Apo-B中(除1例阴性外)均有HCV-RNA表达,血清LDL、Apo-B等水平值显著低于对照组。两对照组血清及Apo-B中无HCV-RNA表达,且不同基因片段抗体阴性。结论:慢性丙肝患者HCV不同基因片段抗体应答与HCV复制密切相关,与Apo-B携带密切相关;其HCV-C和HCV-NS4、HCV-NS5与不同组分载脂蛋白相互作用,可能共同干扰脂质代谢。

Abstract:Objective:To disscuss the relations and physiological characteristics between HCV infection and lipid metabolism in chronic third hepatitis patients.Methods:ELISA was used to detect different HCV gene fragments antibody in Hpositive group;Apo-B was separated by sheep anti-human Apo-B antiserum with immunoprecipitation.The HCV-RNA in Apo-B was detected by PCR.Compared with HCV antibody negative group.Results:ELISA showed that,there were six different antibody composite models in the HCV positive group in all the cases of the positive group.And PCR showed that high HCV-RNA carrying capacity was detected(only one copy<1000/ml),and expressed in the the positive group.Serum LDL and Apo-B level were lower than that of control groups,significantly.Both ELISA and PCR shewed negative results in the other two groups.Conclusion:In chronic third hepatitis patients,differeat gene fragment antibodies are high relevemt to HCV-RNA copies,and combination with Apo-B.The interaction among serum Apo-B and HCV-C,HCV-NS4 and HCV-NS5 may interfere lipid metabolism.
