| 摘 要： | 目的分析应用显微外科技术治疗周围神经损伤的临床效果。方法应用显微外科技术治疗周围神经损伤26例,手术方法包括神经吻合,神经移植及神经松解,术后积极进行功能锻炼。结果均取得较满意的效果。结论周围神经损伤的早期诊断和准确定位及时进行显微外科修复及术后积极功能锻炼是获得满意效果的保障。

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the application of microsurgical technique in the treatment of peripheral nerve injury in the clinical effect. Methods Microsurgical treatment of 26 cases of peripheral nerve injury,surgical techniques,including nerve anastomosis,nerve grafting and nerve release,after active functional exercise.
