| 摘 要： | 目的探讨细胞毒性T淋巴细胞相关抗原4(CTLA-4)基因外显子1的49位点A/G多态性与成人隐匿性自身免疫性糖尿病(latent autoimmune diabetes in adults,LADA)的关系。方法采用聚合酶链反应-限制性片段长度多态性(PCR-RFLP)技术对23例LADA患者、34例2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者和33例健康对照进行CTLA-4A/G多态性检测。结果LADA患者CTLA-4基因外显子1G49等位基因频率显著高于正常对照组(P0.01)和T2DM组(P0.01),主要表现为基因型GG显著高于正常对照组(P=1.3×10-2)和T2DM组(P=3.4×10-2),基因型AG也明显高于正常对照组(P0.01)和T2DM组(P=3.3×10-2),基因型AA显著降低正常对照组(P0.01)和T2DM组(P0.01)。结论CTLA-4基因A/G49多态性与LADA易感性相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the correlation of cytotoxic T lymphocyte-associated antigen 4 (CTLA-4)gene polymorphism with latent autoimmune diabetes in adults.
