溃疡型安普贴对浅度溃疡期压疮的疗效观察

目的:总结安普贴治疗浅度溃疡期压疮的效果,寻找加快溃疡愈合的方法以减少更换频率,降低伤口感染的可能性,缩短治疗过程并提高医院的周转率。方法:将52例浅度溃疡期压疮患者随机分为实验组和对照组各26例,实验组采用溃疡型安普贴外贴创面进行治疗,对照组采用常规的碘伏消毒暴露的方法,观察两组在相同时间段治疗压疮的效果。结果:实验组治疗10 d,治愈率为84.62%,有效率为100%;对照组治疗10 d,治愈率为53.85%,有效率为61.54%,两组比较有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论:安普贴应用于浅度溃疡期的压疮有较好的疗效,是一种自溶性清创,降低伤口感染的可能性,减少更换的频率,改善皮肤条件的有效方法。

Observation the effect of Algoplaquein film treatment superficial bedsore in ulcer stage

Objective：The effect of Algoplaquein in the treatment of superficial bedsores in ulcer stage were studied,compared with ordinary methods,to find out methods of lessening the frequency of replacement and lowering the possibility of infection to make ulcer surface heal quickly,thereafter improve the turnover rate.Methods：52 cases of superficial bedsores in ulcer stage were randomly classified into two groups as the treatment group and the control group,26 cases separately.Algoplaquein were externally bonded to surfaces in the treatment,while iodine disinfection and exposure were applied to the control group to obwerve the effect of treatment.Results：The healing period of the treatment group was 10 days,the curative rate was 84.62%,the effective rate was 100%;while the healing period of the control group was 10 days,the curative rate was 53.85%,the effective rate was 61.54%,and the difference between the two groups was significant（P﹤0.05）.Conclusion：Algoplaquein,a kind of self-melting preparation,has the good curative effect in the treatment of superficial bedsores in ulcer stage by reducing the frequency of replacement,improving the condition of skin and lowering the possibility of infection.
