风湿Ⅱ号合剂预防原发性痛风复发的临床研究

目的:观察"风湿Ⅱ号合剂"预防原发性痛风复发的临床疗效.方法:将原发性痛风患者74例随机分为治疗组38例与对照组36例.治疗组给予"风湿Ⅱ号合剂"口服治疗3个月,对照组单纯以饮食控制.比较两组的痛风复发率及血尿酸、血脂、肝肾功能的变化.结果:治疗组痛风复发3例,复发率7.89%;对照组痛风复发12例,复发率33.33%.两组比较,P<0.05.治疗组血尿酸、血脂较对照组为低(P<0.05),而且治疗组经过3个月的"风湿Ⅱ号合剂"治疗,肝肾功能均正常.结论:"风湿Ⅱ号合剂"具有预防原发性痛风复发及降低血尿酸、血脂的作用,无明显不良反应.

Clinical Rsearch on the Rheumatism 2nd Decoction in Preventing Primary Gout Recurrent

Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of the rheumatism 2nd decoction in preventing the primary gout recurrent. Methods: 76 cases of primary gout were randomly divided into the therapy group(n=36) and control group(n=36) randomly. The therapy group was treated with the rheumatism 2nd for 3 months, while the control group with diet controlling. The recurrence rate and the vary of serum BUA, fat , hepatic and renal function in two groups were compared. Results : The recurrence cases in the therapy group and control group was 3(7.89%) and 12(33.33%)respectively (P<0.05).The levels of serum BUA and fat in the therapy group were lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). The hepatic renal function in the therapy group was normal after 3 months. Conclusion: The rheumatism 2nd decoction can prevent the primary gout recurrent and depress the levels of BUA, blood-fat, without any significant manifest adverse reaction.
