粉尘作业人员1392名肺功能测定分析

目的了解不同年龄、不同工龄的接尘工人肺功能情况和不同行业接尘工人肺功能障碍类型。方法对1392名粉尘作业人员的肺功能测定结果进行不同年龄、不同接尘工龄、和不同行业的分析。结果肺功能异常检出率为56．4％，异常检出率随年龄的增大而增高，随接尘工龄的增加而增加，行业的检出率以煤炭最高。通气功能障碍类型以限制型最多，阻塞型次之，混合型最少。结论①肺功能异常发生与粉尘接触年限和年龄大小有关；②肺功能的改变早于胸部X线的改变。

Analysis on the Determination of Lung Function among 1392 Dust exposed workers

Objective] To understand the lung function status of dust exposed workers in different ages and seniorities, and lung dysfunction types of dust exposed workers in different industries. Methods] 1392 dust exposed workers were conducted lung function determination based on age, seniority and industry. Results] Abnormal rate of lung function （ 56.4% ） increased with ages and seniorities, and the highest detection rate of industry was coal. The restrictive type of Ventilation dysfunction took the first place, obstructive type hold the second place followed by mixed type. Conclusion ] ①The incidence of abnormal lung function is related with dust exposure time and the age of the workers. ②Changes in lung function are earlier than that in chest X-ray examination.
