| 摘 要： | 目的探讨成人肠套叠的诊断和治疗方法。方法对我院10年来收治的28例成人肠套叠的诊断及治疗进行回顾性分析。结果术前确诊9例,术中确诊19例。引起套叠的主要原因有良性肿瘤(10例)、恶性肿瘤(7例)及炎性损伤(5例)等。28例均经手术治疗康复出院。结论成人肠套叠多由器质性病变引起,诊断主要依据临床表现和辅助检查,必须手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of intussusception in adults.Methods A retrospective analysis on the diagnosis and treatment of 28 cases of intussusception in adults was performed. Results Nine cases made the definite preoperative diagnosis but the remaining 19 cases did so during operation. The main causes of intussusception in adults included benign tumor (10), malignant tumor (8) and inflammatory edema (5) of the intestine. All the patients were cured surgically.Conclusion Intussusception in adults was caused by structural diseases. Its diagnosis mainly relied on the clinical manifestation and auxiliary examination. Surgical intervention was the main treatment. |
