| 摘 要： | 对４２例年龄在６０岁以上肺炎患者的临床资料进行分析并复习了有关文献。认为：老年人肺炎在流行病学、临床表现、并发症以及预后等方面均有不同于低年龄组患者的特点。如发病率及病死率高，临床症状不典型，多数死于呼衰及休克。熟悉掌握老年人肺炎的临床特点，对老年人肺炎的诊断，治疗和预防极为重要。

| Abstract: | cases pneumonia of senile people(above 60 years old)were studied,The results show:Compared with young patients,the epidemiology,clinical manifestation,complication and prognosis of senile people pneumonia are particular.Such as:morbidity and mortality are higher,clinical manifestation is not typical and most patients die from respiratory failure and shock.We may conclude that it is important to ITlaster t:l'le clinical features of senile pneumonia in their diagnosis,therapy and prognosis. |
