老年高血压患者的阴虚体质与心血管病危险因素的关联性研究

目的：探明老年高血压患者的阴虚体质与患者的其他心血管高危因素之间是否具有关联性。方法：将524例患者按中医体质进行分类，301例患者纳入阴虚体质组（阴虚组），223例纳入非阴虚体质组（非阴虚组）。对两组患者的饮酒史、吸烟史、总胆固醇（TC）水平、甘油三酯水平（TG）、低密度脂蛋白水平（LDL-C）、血小板水平及空腹血糖水平进行对比。结果：阴虚体质患者与饮酒、高胆固醇（TC）水平及高空腹血糖水平呈明显相关性（P〈0.05）；阴虚体质与吸烟、甘油三酯水平不具有明显相关性（P〉0.05）。结论：老年高血压患者与饮酒、高胆固醇水平及空腹血糖水平较高等心血管病高危因素具有一定的关联性。

Association studies on Yinxu constitution in elderly patients with hypertension and the risk factors of cardiovascular disease

Objective： To ascertain the association between Yinxu constitution in elderly patients with hypertension and other cardiovascular risk factors. Methods： 524 patients were classified according to TCM constitution, 301 cases were included in Yinxu constitution group （Yinxu group）, 223 cases were included in the non-Yinxu constitution group （non-Yinxu group）. Drinking history, smoking history, total cholesterol （TC） levels, high triglyceride levels （TG）, low-density lipoprotein levels （HDL-C）, fasting blood glucose levels and platelet levels in both were compared. Results： Yinxu constitution was obviously related to alcohol consumption, high cholesterol levels, high fasting glucose levels （P〈0.05）, but Yinxu constitution was not closely related to alcohol and glycerin trilaurate（P〉0.05）. Conclusion：Elderly patients with hypertension were related to alcohol consumption, high cholesterol levels and high fasting glucose levels and other cardiovascular risk factors.
