| 摘 要： | 目的：针对中西医结合治疗妇产科经腹部手术后胃肠功能抑制的临床效果进行分析。方法：从2011年11月-2012年11月这段时期内我院妇产科收治的实施过腹部手术的患者中抽取120例作为本次研究的观察对象，将所选对象随机分为观察组和对照组，每组60例。观察组采用中西医结合的方式对患者进行治疗，对照组采用西医治疗的形式对患者进行治疗，观察两组的治疗效果。结果：观察组患者经过治疗后，患者的情况得到了明显的好转，对照组经过治疗后，患者的情况未得到明显的好转，两组患者对比具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：对于经腹部术后胃肠功能抑制的患者采用中西医结合治疗的形式有显著改善患者的肠胃功能，提升患者的生活质量，值得在临床中推广。

Clinical observation on treating inhibition of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective： To analyze clinical effects of the integrative medicine on inhibition of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery. Methods：120 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The observation group was given the integrative medicine; the control was given western medicine. Results： After treatment, the condition of patients in the observation group was obviously better, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The integrative medicine for inhibition of gastrointestinal function after abdominal surgery can significantly improve patients’ gastrointestinal function, enhance the quality of life, and is worthy of clinical promotion. |
