| 摘 要： | 目的：观察炙甘草汤合并温胆汤治疗心动过速的疗效。方法：本组100例心动过速患者均给予炙甘草汤合并温胆汤的治疗。结果：服用1个疗程，症状消失者60例（占60%），2个疗程症状消失者37例（占37%）。服用1个疗程，心电图检查正常者48例（占48%）；服用两个疗程，心电图检查正常者49例（占49%）。总有效率达到97%。结论：两方合用可针对性地益气、补血、化痰、祛痰，达到复脉效果。

A clinical analysis of treating tachycardia with the Zhi Gancao decoction and Wendan decoction |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of the Zhi Gancao decoction and Wendan decoction on tachycardia. Methods：100 patients were treated with the Zhi Gancao decoction and the Wendan decoction. Results： In 1 course, symptoms disappeared in 60 cases （60%）, 48 cases with normal ECG （48%）;in 2 courses, symptoms disappeared in 37 cases （37%）, 49 cases with normal ECG （49%）. The total efficiency was 97%. Conclusion：The Zhi Gancao decoction and the Wendan decoction was confirmed with good effects of Yiqi, Buxue, Huatan, Qutan and Fumai on tachycardia. |
