中西医结合护理应用于老年股骨颈骨折围手术期的效果

目的：研究探讨中西医结合护理应用于老年股骨颈骨折围手术期的效果。方法：整理回顾自2011年1月-2013年12月期间在本院进行了人工髋关节置换手术的老年股骨颈骨折患者的完整病历54例，在患者手术期前后进行中西医结合护理，并在护理全程监测观察护理效果。结果：在使用中西医结合护理这54例老年股骨颈骨折患者的过程中，病人都能积极认真的配合诊治和护理，在治疗和护理期间，52例患者未出现明显的临床并发症。这54例老年股骨颈骨折患者在人工髋关节置换术治愈出院后大部分基本生活自理能力有很大提高，生活质量有明显改善，心态良好。结论：老年股骨颈骨折围手术期前后使用中西医结合护理能够有效减少老年股骨颈骨折围手术期前后的临床并发症，可明显提高老年股骨颈骨折围手术期的护理质量和水平，改善患者的基础生活质量，为患者提高更加优质的护理服务，造福患者及其家庭。

Clinical effects of the integrative medicine care for perioperative femoral neck fracture

Objective：To discuss clinical effects of the integrative medicine care for perioperative femoral neck fracture. Methods：Complete medical history of 54 patients with femoral neck fracture following hip replacement operation were arranged and reviewed, before and after operation, clinical effects of the integrative medicine care were observed. Results：During the treatment and nursing, 52 patients did not appear significant clinical complications. Their living skills and life quality in most of 54 patients following hip replacement operation were improved obviously. Conclusion：The application of the integrative medicine care before and after operation could induce clinical complications, enhance quality and level of nursing, and improve patients’ life quality.
