| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨运用中西医结合方式对脑中风患者并发便秘护理的临床效果。方法：对50例脑中风便秘患者采用中西医结合护理措施，观察临床护理效果。结果：41例患者症状完全改善，每天可以正常排便1次，并且粪便松软；7例患者症状好转，平均2d排便1次。只有2例治疗失败，治疗成功率96%。结论：对中风便秘患者采用中西医结合的护理方法可以有效帮助患者解决排便问题，避免患者因便秘导致患者病情加重。

A clinical analysis of the integrative care for constipation in stroke patients |

| Abstract: | Objective： To discuss clinical effects on nursing of stroke patients with constipation in the integrative medicine. Methods：50 patients were nursed in the integrative medicine and the nursing efficacy was observed. Results：41 patients were completely improved, 7 patients were improved, 2 patients were invalid, and the curative rate was 96%. Conclusion：The integrative medicine nursing could solve the bowel problem, improve patient’s condition effectively. |
