| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中西医结合治疗及护理女性外阴瘙痒症的疗效。方法：将160例患者随机分为两组。对照组给予：①氯雷他定片10mg，1次/d，口服；②多虑平25mg，每晚1次口服。治疗组在对照组基础上加用：①龙胆泻肝丸；②八土熏洗剂（自拟）外洗。两组10d为1个疗程。两组护理方法相同。结果：治疗组80例，痊愈34例，有效44例，无效2例，总有效率97.5%。对照组80例，痊愈7例，有效40例，无效33例，总有效率58.75%。两组总有效率比较，有统计学意义（P＜0.01）。结论：中西医结合治疗及护理女性外阴瘙痒症疗效较好，值得临床推广应用。

Clinical observation and nursing experience on treating female genital pruritus in the integrative medicine |

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe effects of the integrative medicine on female genital pruritus. Methods：160 patients were divided into two groups. The control group was given loratadine tablets （10mg/d） and doxepin （25mg/d）;another was given Longdan Xiegan Wan and Batu lotion. 10d for 1 course. Results：The total efficiency in the treatment group （97.5%） was significantly better than （58.75%） in the control （P〈0.01）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine therapy is worthy of clinical promotion in treating female genital pruritus. |
