糖化血红蛋白和糖耐量检测在糖尿病诊治中的价值

目的：探讨糖化血红蛋白及糖耐量检测在糖尿病诊断和治疗中的临床价值。方法：选择2011年12月-2013年6月我院诊治的108例糖尿病患者作为观察组，择取同期入院检查的108例健康志愿者作为对照组，两组均接受糖化血红蛋白检测和糖耐量检测，根据检测结果分析两种检测在糖尿病诊治中的价值。结果：观察组的糖化血红蛋白值在6.6%～13.8%，平均值为（9.2±2.6）%，对照组的糖化血红蛋白值在4.2%～5.8%，平均值为（4.8±0.8）%，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）；糖耐量试验结果显示观察组2h后的血糖平均水平为（14.8±3.2）mmol/L，糖尿均呈现阳性，糖耐量降低发生率100%，对照组2h后的血糖平均水平为（5.8±1.1）mmol/L，糖尿检查无阳性，糖耐量降低发生率为0，两组比较，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：糖化血红蛋白和糖耐量检测能较好的反应病情，对糖尿病的诊断和治疗具有重要的指导意义。

Clinical value of HbA1c and sugar tolerance tests on diagnosis and treatment of diabetes

Objective： To investigate clinical value of HbA1c and sugar tolerance tests on diagnosis and treatment of diabetes. Methods：108 diabetes patients were in the observation group, 108 healthy volunteers were in the control, and both took HbA1c and sugar tolerance tests. Test results were analyzed to evaluate the value of HbA1c and sugar tolerance tests in diagnosis and treatment. Results：In the observation, HbA1c in the observation was 6.6%~13.8%, the average value was （9.2±2.6）%;in the control, HbA1c was 4.2%~5.8%, the average value was （4.8±0.8）%, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Sugar tolerance test appeared that the average level of blood glucose, in 2 hours, was （14.8±3.2） mmol/L with positive test result, occurrence of sugar tolerance decreasing was 100%;in the control, sugar tolerance test appeared that the average level of blood glucose, in 2 hours, was （5.8±1.1） mmol/L without positive test results, occurrence of sugar tolerance decreasing was 0. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：HbA1c and sugar tolerance tests reflected patients’ condition, and were important to diagnosis and treatment.
