观察中西医结合治疗脑出血（ICH）后遗症的临床疗效

目的：观察中西医结合治疗脑出血（ICH）后遗症的临床疗效。方法：对我院2012年6月收取的100例脑出血患者进行治疗观察，100例患者随机分为两组，各50例，通过单纯性药物治疗的一组为对照组，采用中西结合治疗的一组为研究组。结果：研究组总体有效率为96%，治疗后患者没有不良反应出现，且有31例患者病情完全缓解；对照组总体有效率为58%，8例患者出现不良反应且只有11例患者完全缓解，研究组患者效果明显高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：中西结合治疗脑出血后遗症效果显著，安全有效，值得在临床治疗中推广使用。

Clinical observation on treating ICH sequelae in the integrative medicine

Objective：To observe clinical effects of the integrative medicine on ICH sequelae. Methods：100 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 50 cases for each, the control group was given simple medicine treatment;the research group was given the integrative medicine. Results：With treatment, the total efficiency in the research group （96%） was significantly better than that （58%） in the control group （P〈0.05）, 31 patients were complete remission and all the patients in the research group had no adverse reactions, 8 patients had no adverse reactions and only 11 patients were complete remission in the control group. Conclusion： The clinical efficacy in the integrative medicine on ICH sequelae is remarkable, safe and confirmed, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
