| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨claudin-3、4在人类食管鳞状细胞癌和癌旁正常组织中的表达及其临床意义。方法:应用免疫组织化学SP法检测54例食管鳞状细胞癌和26例癌旁正常组织中claudin-3、4的表达及其与临床病理参数的关系。结果:claudin-3在食管鳞状细胞癌中的阳性率(92.6%)显著高于癌旁正常组织(15.4%)(P<0.01),claudin-3的表达与性别、年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分级、TNM分期、淋巴结转移均无明显关系(P>0.05),但有远处转移者阳性率较无远处转移者低(P<0.05);而claudin-4在年龄≤ 60岁和有远处转移者阳性率均较年龄>60岁与无远处转移者低(P<0.01和P<0.05)。结论:claudin-3、4在食管鳞状细胞癌的发生中起着促进作用,但在有远处转移时出现表达缺失或低表达。
