| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨不切断肋弓的胸腹联合小切口与传统的胸腹联合切口的优缺点。方法:对比分析不切断肋弓的胸腹联合小切口患者34例(观察组)与传统的胸腹联合切口患者26例(对照组)的手术时间、住院时间、下床时间及术后并发症。结果:观察组的手术时间、住院时间及下床时间均少于对照组(P < 0.01)。观察组术后并发症较对照组明显减少(P < 0.01)。结论:应用不切断肋弓的胸腹联合小切口治疗胸腹联合伤患者,较传统的胸腹联合切口具有明显优势,有利于胸腹联合伤患者的救治和康复。
