摘    要:目的测定银杏酮酯注射液中银杏内酯A、B的含量。方法采用高效液相色谱蒸发光散射检测器(ELSD)检测法测定银杏酮酯注射液中银杏内酯A,B的含量。色谱条件为大连依利特公司HypersilC18柱,5μm,250×4.6mm;水-甲醇-四氢呋喃(70∶25∶12)为流动相;蒸发光散射检测器检测参数漂移管温度105℃;载气(N

The Contents ofTerpenelactones in the Ginkgo Injection
Abstract:AIM: To determin the content of ginkgolide A、B in the Ginkgoinjection. METHODS: The HPLC method with Evaporative Light Scattering Detector (ELSD)was established to determine the content of ginkgolide A,B in the Ginkgo injection. The analysis was carried out on C18 Column.The mobil phase is H2O-MeOH-THF(70∶25∶12) The operating conditions of the ELSD were obtained with a nebulizer nitrogen flow-rate of 2.95L/min and an evaporator tube temperature of 105℃. RESULTS: No interference was found in the ginklides peak situation.The method was simple,had good linear relationship. The relative standard deviation of the reproducibility were 1.88% and 1.64% respective and the average recovery were 98.5% and 97.7%, respectively. CONCLUSION: The method can be used for quality control.
